Position: HR Representative I

Reports to: Human ResourcesManager

Summary: Provide administrative support within the Human Resources Department.

Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:

Answer incomingtelephone calls, assist caller, route to appropriate party, or take messages for follow-up.

Answer routine inquiriesfrom internal and external sources on available positions, policies, and programs.

Assist HR functional areas (employment, benefits, training, safety) as required:

o assist applicants through application process,

o pre-screen transfer requests and applications & route to appropriate hiring manager,

o schedule candidates for testing and licensing,

o schedule new hires for orientation, and

o assist team members with Casino Essentials and Ease programs.

Assist with prep, set-up, and execution of special events. Performclerical functions and prepare reports, as assigned

Updatebulletin boards.

Maintainaccurate and up to date personnel files

Accurately input data into HRMS on a dailybasis.

Performother duties as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements:

Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent administrative work experience of 3+ years.

Two(2) years clerical experience in an officerequired.

Abilitytomaintain the highly confidential nature ofhuman resource work.

Proven knowledgeofMicrosoft Office; must pass test.

Must be able to multitask with attention to detailand strong organizational skills.

Must be able to type 40 wpm efficiently, must pass test.

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Prefer Bilingual (Spanish).

Prefer previous Human Resources experience.

Must be able towork all shifts includingweekends, holidays, evenings and special events.

Must be able to obtain an applicable department license and be eligible to work in the USA.
