Beverage Supervisor (Full Time, Swing Shifts)

Summary: Under direction from the Beverage Manager, the Beverage Supervisor organizes and executes all daily operations of the Beverage department in the absence of the Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
- Perform all duties associated with this job according to the job description and policies and procedures.
- Handle all Guest and TM issues and disputes.
- Be willing to work all positions and any shift if needed.
- Provide courteous service and have a cooperative and friendly nature.
- Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.
- Present a clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Ensure a maximum level of Guest service is achieved and maintained throughout the department.
- Work effectively with all levels of management and leads by example.
- Be able to tactfully and professionally enforce discipline when needed.
- Maintain constant awareness of services, promotions, and events to properly inform Team Members and Guests.
- Possess the ability to perform a high level of departmental training.
- Generate and issues all necessary department paperwork in a timely manner as directed by the Beverage Manager and/or the Food and Beverage Director.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
- Be able to reconcile multiple shift reports cash banks for multiple Bartenders each shift.
Mandatory Requirements: Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have minimum of two (2) years previous Beverage Supervisor andtwo (2) years of Bartender experience.
- Have knowledge of beverage training, purchasing, inventory control and scheduling.
- Be computer literate in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- We need someone who can work late nights
- Have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Have Title 4 certification or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Have Food Handlers certification or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Have CARE certification or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalency
- Team Members whose work requires operation of a motor vehicle must maintain a valid drivers license and a driving record which is acceptable to our insurer.
