POSITION SUMMARY: Provide administrative support within the Human Resources Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Answer incomingtelephonecalls, assist callers, route to appropriate party, or take messages for follow-up.

Answer routineinquiriesfrominternal and external sources on available positions, policies, and programs.

Assist HR functional areas (employment, benefits, training, safety) as required:

o assist applicants through application process,

o schedule candidates for licensing,

o schedule new hires for orientation, and

o assist team members with Casino Essentials and Ease programs.

Assist with prep, set-up, and execution of special events.

Performclerical functions and prepare reports, as assigned

Maintainaccurate and up to date personnel files

Accurately input dataintoHRMS ona dailybasis.

Provide Spanish/English translation services to Team Members and HR team.

Performother duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):

1. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, required. Previous administrative work experience of 3+ years may substitute for educational requirement.

2. Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years clerical experience in an office required

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint)

b. Must be able to type 40 wpm

c. Must be fluent (reading, writing, talking/listening) bilingual Spanish/English.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: N/A

5. Must be at least: 18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
