Position: Three Sisters Market Barista

Department: Food and Beverage

Reports to: FOH Shift Supervisor

Starting Pay Rate: $12.00 plus tips

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide excellent service to guests in deli-style food and beverage venue to include ready-to-eat food options, snacks, quick-prep food, ready-to-serve beverages, specialty made-to-order beverages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Greet guests, take food/drink orders, prepare and deliver orders to CCCH specifications and standards.

Operate all food and drink equipment correctly and safely.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of venue including tables, chairs, floors, counters, and food preparation areas.

Maintain appropriate inventory of stock items (paper, plastic, food, ice, condiments, etc.).

Adhere to all food, alcohol, health, safety, and CCCH policies and procedures.

Process accurate payment transactions, issue correct change, maintain accurate records.

Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required.

2. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 months experience in food industry required. Barista experience, preferred.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Must be able to speak, read, write fluently in English.

b. Must possess excellent customer service skills and present a professional and personable demeanor.

c. Must be able to maintain composure in fast-paced, multi-task environment.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

a. Must have or obtain food and beverage safety certifications.

5. Must be at least18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
