Reports to: Front Desk Supervisor
Starting Pay Rate: $16.50
Summary: Monitors visitors and non-administrative Team Members to the Executive and Administrative Office and provides assistance as required.Operates a multi-line telephone.Provides back up, and administrative support as required.Responsible for operation of telephone switchboard during assigned work shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
- Update, maintain, and distribute current phone list for the Casino.
- Sort daily mail.
- Greet Guests and direct them to the appropriate Team Member.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain constant awareness of all Casino service, promotions and events.
- Maintain knowledge of current Cliff Castle Casino venues and amenities.
- Must be able to multi-task assigned duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be punctual, arriving on time for shifts.
- Must be able to use various office machines.
- Must have excellent public relations skills.
- Must be courteous and cordial and interact professionally with fellow Team Members.
- Have a professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Must present a clean and well-groomed appearance, and project a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
- Able to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Able to utilize various Microsoft Office Programs.
- Must be able to effectively operate a multi-line telephone switchboard within 3 months of employment.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Able to communicate in the English language.
- Must attend State, Federal, Tribal, Casino, and Department mandatory training's and pass any applicable testing.
