Rate of Pay:$15.00

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for properly executing Security duties on assigned shift to adequately protect welfare of Guests, Team Members, Vendors, and Casino property. Primarily responsible for fixed and roving patrols of assigned areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Primarily responsible for the protection of an assigned area, including observation and reporting of unusual, dangerous or suspicious activities.

Patrol assigned work areas and assists Guests and other Team Members as needed.

Ensure all policies and procedures are performed, as required

Security Officers are required to improve annually in basic security skills. This may be completed through in-house development courses, outside courses or documented self-development courses.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

2. Work Experience: Previous work experience in Security preferred but not required.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance.

b. Must possess good communication (verbal) skills and be able to maintain professional composure in fast-paced environment and in high-stress situations.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

a. Must be able pass a Title 4 background check per ARS 4-112.G 912.

5. Must be at least: 18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
