- Partner with department leaders to develop and post job announcements to general and specific career search services.

- Conduct interviews, skills assessments, work with applicants to identify career options, and recommend employment placement for candidates.

- Assist candidates through the pre-employment process to ensure successful on-boarding.

- Liaise with community partners to participate in local career events and host onsite job fairs.

- Partner with other HR colleagues to deliver a best-in-class workplace environment.
