Summary: Provide HR services and support to Team Members and Leadership with Benefits, Recruiting, and Training.

Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas ofresponsibilityincluded, but not limited to:

Assist with provide health & wellness and 401(k) benefits education and support to Team Members from enrollment, claims, coverage changes, etc.

Reconcile benefits billings and submit for payment.

Administrate leaves of absence process.

Assist recruiting, as needed.

Assist training and development with course development and class facilitation.

Assist HR Manager and Director with employee relations including intake, review, and recommend corrective response measures.

Enter data accurately and in timely manner to HR database and benefits database. Prepare reports, as assigned.

Assist with Team Member engagement activities to plan, set-up, and host Team Member programs and special events.

Performother duties as assigned.

MandatoryRequirements:

Highschool diploma,GED, or equivalentrequired.

Two (2) years college courses in general business preferred.

Two(2) years experiencein Human Resources required, preferably in benefits or employee relations.

Abilitytomaintainthe highlyconfidential nature ofhumanresource work.

ProvenknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice; must pass test.

Must be detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

Must be ableto typeefficiently at 45 wpm.

Ableto obtain and maintain an applicable departmentlicense.

Must beself-motivated and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.

Previous experience effectively presenting complex information such as benefits programs to groups of 10 or more.

Abilitytocommunicate andwork effectivelywith applicants, job candidates, Team Members, Leadership, and insurance representatives.

Prefer Bilingual (Spanish).

Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

Must attend State, Federal, Tribal, Casino, and Department mandatory trainings and pass any applicable testing

Must be able to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings and special events.aintainthe highlyconfidential nature ofhumanresource work.
