Summary:  Provide HR services and support to Team Members and Leadership with Benefits, Recruiting, and Training.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities:  Specific areas ofresponsibilityincluded, but not limited to:

 

·         Assist with provide health & wellness and 401(k) benefits education and support to Team Members from enrollment, claims, coverage changes, etc.

·         Reconcile benefits billings and submit for payment.

·         Administrate leaves of absence process.

·         Assist recruiting, as needed.

·         Assist training and development with course development and class facilitation.

·         Assist HR Manager and Director with employee relations including intake, review, and recommend corrective response measures. 

·         Enter data accurately and in timely manner to HR database and benefits database.  Prepare reports, as assigned.

·         Assist with Team Member engagement activities to plan, set-up, and host Team Member programs and special events.

·         Performother duties as assigned.

 

 

MandatoryRequirements:

 

·         Highschool diploma,GED, or equivalentrequired.

·         Two (2) years’ college courses in general business preferred.

·         Two(2) years’ experiencein Human Resources required, preferably in benefits or employee relations.

·         Abilitytomaintainthe highlyconfidential nature ofhumanresource work.

·         ProvenknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice; must pass test.

·         Must be detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

·         Must be ableto typeefficiently at 45 wpm.

·         Ableto obtain and maintain an applicable departmentlicense.

·         Must beself-motivated and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.

·         Previous experience effectively presenting complex information such as benefits programs to groups of 10 or more.

·         Abilitytocommunicate andwork effectivelywith applicants, job candidates, Team Members, Leadership, and insurance representatives.

·         Prefer Bilingual (Spanish).

·         Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

·         Must attend State, Federal, Tribal, Casino, and Department mandatory trainings and pass any applicable testing

·         Must be able to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings and special events.aintainthe highlyconfidential nature ofhumanresource work.
