Sportsbook Supervisor  (Full Time)

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel Sportsbook is currently looking formotivated, energetic and experienced Retail Sportsbook Supervisors to join the team at our brand-new retail sportsbook Camp Verde, AZ.Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, the successful candidate will have a stellar can-do attitude and a strong desire to assist fellow associates to ensure smooth daily operations. In this highly visible role, we will look to the Retail Sportsbook Supervisor to run day to day operations and provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Manage the Sportsbook environment including guest experience and lead Sports Ticket Writers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and fun environment for guests and Sports Ticket Writers.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations as well as organizational policies and procedures.

Ensure all AML, Title 31 & Suspicious Activity procedures are followed and tracked accurately.

Verify cash drawers, complete reports, rate customer activity, and assist when necessary in verifying customer accounts.

Explain wagering rules including betting lines, odds, and bet types to guests as needed.

Investigate and resolve any guest complaints or issues that arise.

Coach, guide and instruct Sports Ticket Writers in the proper performance of duties.

Other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operations of the Sportsbook.

SKILLS WE SEEK

• Attention to detail providing superior guest service
• Must be minimum 18 years old and able to obtain an Arizona Gaming License
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent related work experience in a gaming environment
• One to three years prior supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule consisting of nights, weekends & holidays

Superior guest relations, leadership and organizational skills

• Experience in high volume cash handling

Ability to perform well in a high-pressure environment

Required
