Reports to: Storytellers Supervisor
Rate of Pay: $16.00
Summary: Responsible for ensuring maximum Guest service and satisfaction in Storytellers and assisting in all POS transactions where needed.
Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
- Greet, take reservations, seat Guests and communicate professionally with all Guests.

Must present a positive and helpful image to all guests.

Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations; as well as all federal, state and local applicable laws.
- Ensure restaurant floor operations are conducted in a smooth, efficient manner to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for listening to, evaluate and assure control of guest grievances with communication with the Supervisor.

Set priorities with direction from Storytellers Supervisor for all FOH Storytellers Team Members and provide assistance as needed.

Responsible for Info-Genesis cashier functions and transactions.

Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Professional and highly exceptional Guest service skills.

Ability to communicate effectively, and present a clean, well-groomed appearance.

Fine dining experience preferred.

Excellent attendance.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time.

Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

Ability to obtain a valid non-gaming license.

Must attend State, Federal, Tribal, Casino and Department mandatory trainings and pass any applicable testing.
