Beverage Supervisor (Full Time, All Shifts)

Summary: Under direction from the Beverage Manager, the Beverage Supervisor organizes and executes all daily operations of the Beverage department in the absence of the Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
- Perform all duties associated with this job according to the job description and policies and procedures.
- Handle all Guest and TM issues and disputes.
- Must be willing to work all positions and any shift if needed.
- Provide courteous service and have a cooperative and friendly nature.
- Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.
- Must present a clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Ensure a maximum level of Guest service is achieved and maintained throughout the department.
- Work effectively with all levels of management and leads by example.
- Must be able to tactfully and professionally enforce discipline when needed.
- Must maintain constant awareness of services, promotions, and events to properly inform Team Members and Guests.
- Must possess the ability to perform a high level of departmental training.
- Generates and issues all necessary department paperwork in a timely manner as directed by the Beverage Manager and/or the Food and Beverage Director.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
- Must adhere to CCCH and departmental policies and procedures.
- Must be able to reconcile multiple shift reports cash banks for multiple Bartenders each shift.
Mandatory Requirements: Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Work in a non-smoke free environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have minimum of two (2) years previous Beverage Supervisor andtwo (2) years of Bartender experience.
- Must have knowledge of beverage training, purchasing, inventory control and scheduling.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must have Title 4 certification or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Must have Food Handlers certification or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Must have CARE certification or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalency
- Team Members whose work requires operation of a motor vehicle must maintain a valid drivers license and a driving record which is acceptable to our insurer.
