Summary: Under direction from the Beverage Manager, the Beverage Supervisor organizes and executes all daily operations of the Beverage department in the absence of the Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:

  • Perform all duties associated with this job according to the job description and policies and procedures.
  • Handle all Guest and TM issues and disputes.
  • Must be willing to work all positions and any shift if needed.
  • Provide courteous service and have a cooperative and friendly nature.
  • Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.
  • Must present a clean and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ensure a maximum level of Guest service is achieved and maintained throughout the department.
  • Work effectively with all levels of management and leads by example.
  • Must be able to tactfully and professionally enforce discipline when needed.
  • Must maintain constant awareness of services, promotions, and events to properly inform Team Members and Guests.
  • Must possess the ability to perform a high level of departmental training.
  • Generates and issues all necessary department paperwork in a timely manner as directed by the Beverage Manager and/or the Food and Beverage Director.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.
  • Must adhere to CCCH and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to reconcile multiple shift reports cash banks for multiple Bartenders each shift.

Mandatory Requirements:Able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Work in a non-smoke free environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have minimum of two (2) years previous Beverage Supervisor andtwo (2) years of Bartender experience.
  • Must have knowledge of beverage training, purchasing, inventory control and scheduling.
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Have employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Able to obtain a valid gaming license.
  • Must have Title 4 certification or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Must have Food Handlers certification or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • Must have CARE certification or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalency
  • Team Members whose work requires operation of a motor vehicle must maintain a valid drivers license and a driving record which is acceptable to our insurer.
