Summary:Attend to and accommodate Casino player needs in a Guest Service, focused manner. Deliver and communicate Castle Club and Casino wide information.
Duties and Responsibilities:Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
- Facilitate Castle Club duties in a proficient manner.
- Enroll new Castle Club members on a daily basis.
- Meet department goals and quotas set by Marketing Management.
- Extensive Guest relations including interfacing with Guests consistently.
- Attend mandatory meetings when scheduled.
- Maintain a constant awareness of all Casino services, promotions and events.
- Maintain an open and structured communication with Executive Hosts.
- Help facilitate and assist with special events and promotions.
- Present a positive and helpful image to all Casino Guests.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Occasionally greet and send off tour buses.
- Deadline oriented with high attention to needs anticipation and planning.
- Accept extra assignments and meet stated deadlines when provided by Marketing Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- High School Diploma, G.E.D or Equivalent experience.
- Prefer experience in the casino/gaming industry.
- Must have exceptional Guest service skills.
- Must possess mature judgment and the ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
- Must have proven good attendance record.
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings and special events.
- Be able to travel and maintain valid drivers license.
- Be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
- Must have creative problem solving skills and a high level of initiative.
- Ability to keep up with a fast paced atmosphere and work under pressure.
- Possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Present a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Must attend State, Federal, Tribal, Casino and Department mandatory training and pass any applicable testing.
