Bartender (Full Time, All Shifts)

Starting Pay Rate: $8.00 plus tips
Summary: Responsible for providing beverage service to all Casino Guests and servers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner; display a high standard of Guest service.
Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
- Lead by example and assist Team Members and Guests.
- Take and deliver servers and Guest orders.
- Must possess a courteous, cooperative and friendly nature.
- Communicate and follow directions effectively.
- Balance cash drawer sales and receipts according to Casino procedure.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Stock, replenish and clean work area.
- Perform other job duties when needed.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have either six (6) months previous bartending experience, or have attained a bartending certificate from an accredited bartending school, or have equivalent experience that would be deemed appropriate by the Lead Beverage Supervisor or Food and Beverage Director.
- Must be willing to work all shifts, venues and positions.
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time, and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long period of time.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
- Must maintain personal health and sanitation standards, presenting a clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Must be able to plan and be well organized.
- Must possess sound mature judgment.
- Must follow all Title 4 compliance.
- Must have money-handling experience.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must adhere to CCC*H and department policy and procedures.
- Able to obtain a valid non-gaming license.
- Must possess valid Alcohol Awareness & Food Handlers cards.
- Must be willing to obtain a valid Title 4 certification card, and follow all Title 4 compliance.
- Must attend State, Federal, Tribal, Casino, and Department mandatory trainings and pass any applicable testing.
