Reports to: Lead Revenue Clerk
Starting Rate: $14.00
Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accurate reporting of revenue figures by the Revenue Accounting Department.
Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
- Will coordinate all revenue accounting clerical functions, which include, auditing all revenue generating centers of the Casino.
- Responsible for creating organizing and disseminating revenue data to authorized entities in the format required.
- Must have excellent computer knowledge and be able to type at least 40 wpm.
- Must be willing to work early mornings and late evenings, depending on the needs of Cliff Castle Casino.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Establishes and maintains files and records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must have basic accounting skills.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Possess organizational and planning skills.
- Computer literate; must know Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to pass memo writing and spreadsheet tests.
- Must know how to do 10-Key by touch, and be able to pass test.
- Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Must have Title 4 certification or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Must have Food Handlers certification or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Must have CARE certification or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Able to obtain a valid gaming license.
