Bowling Amusement Attendant Part-Time (Part Time)

Starting Pay: $12.00
Summary: To provide bowling/arcade Guests with prompt, efficient, courteous services in order to insure repeat visits.
Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
- Greet Guests and inform them of center services, bowling promotions, current prices and specials.
- Assist in arcade operations.
- Keep track of open play lanes and assign them to Guests.
- Rent shoes and sanitize them upon return.
- Insure that all tables and seating are cleaned after Guests have finished bowling.
- Conduct routine cleaning throughout bowling center and arcade.
- Operate Info Genesis, Brunswick System Control, and P/A System (make announcements).
- Responsible for balancing cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Notify Bowling Alley Technician of any mechanical failures.
- Answer phone and direct incoming calls.
- Rent lockers and keep track of locker rentals.
- Assist Guests in locating suitable house balls, equipment, and sales in the pro shop.
- Provide a clean and safe environment for Guests.
- Attendants perform other duties as assigned (i.e., working in Gift Shop as needed).
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a basic math skill test.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience desired in drilling bowling balls & knowledge of types of bowling balls for our Guests.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, push, and pull.
- Able to obtain applicable department licensing.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must attend Casino and Department mandatory trainings and pass any applicable testing.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
