Process Engineer (1032) (Full Time)
Location: Windsor, CT

Position Summary

The process engineer will be responsible for technically supporting production flow line with processes, tooling and resolution of non-conforming material.

Essential Functions

· Develop and maintain operation processes for flow line

· Design tooling, fixtures and gauges

· Participate on continuous improvement teams and champion improvement initiatives

· Review and disposition nonconforming material

· Develop rework processes

· Support flow line with technical issues

· Maintain a clean and organized work space

· Maintain appropriate tact and diplomacy in dealings with co-workers, team members and supervisors

Competencies

· Must have strong mechanical aptitude

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent attitude and teamwork

· Solid Modeling using SolidWorks or NX, experience with ERP Systems

Experience and Education

· Must have previous process engineering experience supporting CNC lathes, mills and grinding equipment

· Associate degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation

$75000 – $110000 / year
