Project Manager  (Full Time)
Location: Maryland


Optotraffic is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in designing, testing, building, and deploying cutting-edge traffic safety control and enforcement systems. The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan system installations from start to finish. This position reports to the Director - Operations.


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent in related work experience


Minimum of five (5) years professional experience


Knowledge of federal, state, local, industry regulations for required permitting


Conduct site visits to gather data, photographs, measurements etc. as needed


Ability to lead interdepartmental teams to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency


Act as liaison between company and vendors for all aspects of project completion


Outline tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly


Ability to travel without restrictions to anywhere in the US


Familiar with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software

Preferred skills and qualifications include:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Strong analytical and problem solving skills


Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision


Proficient with Microsoft Office
