Legal Billing Coordinator (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY

Rivkin Radler LLPhas an immediate full-time opening for a Legal Billing Coordinator.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assemble, print and distribute pre-bills to Billing Attorneys for review and correction.
Review attorney's mark-up, edit, draft and finalize invoices for transmittal to clients.
Interpret and maintain client billing guidelines.
Provide basic financial data and analysis, i.e. billing history, A/R reports, as requested.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years legal billing experience.
E-billing experience a plus.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
Working knowledge of accounting systems, experience with Elite or Aderant a plus.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Self-starter, detail oriented and organized.
Strong analytical, math and problem solving skills.
