Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Transaction Attorney (Full Time)
Location: Hackensack, NJ

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of corporate real estate and corporate transaction experience to join our Hackensack, NJ office. EOE.

Position Requirements:

Effective computer and communication skills a must
Ability to manage a range of commercial real estate and general corporate transaction matters from contract to closing with effective client communication and time management

Responsibilities Include:

Will be responsible for commercial real estate transactions including, acquisition/disposition, leasing, financing, redevelopment and zoning and land use matter
Manage corporate transactions including preparation of organizational documents, shareholder agreements, stock and asset transactions
