No Fault (PIP) Paralegal (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY
Rivkin Radler is seeking adetail-oriented, experienced, litigation paralegal for our Uniondale office. EOE.
Qualified candidates should have:
A minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience in No Fault litigation (defense).
Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Word, Excel, and Adobe, as well as case management software.
A paralegal certificate from an ABA certified program(preferred).
Long term career goals in our field of practice.
The ability to handle a heavy case load.
The ability to work for multiple attorneys and clients simultaneously.
Experience communicating with clients, court officials, vendors, and other outside entities.
Duties include: scheduling, client contact, drafting correspondence, drafting pleadings and discovery, researching legal issues, handling PIP and property damage claims, reviewing medical records, and providing additional paralegal support as needed.
