Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Paralegal with experience in commercial real estate lending. Experience should include the representation of banks and other institutional lenders and investors in commercial transactions, including asset-based lending and other financing transactions. EOE.

Candidates Requirements:

Detail oriented

Excellent legal drafting skills

Strong relationship-building skills

Interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge of lending, and ability to review and understand title reports and loan approvals
