Professional Liability Attorney  (Full Time)
Location: New York, NY

Rivkin Radler, LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 years litigation experience to join our Professional Liability Group in our New York City office. Professional liability(non-medical) experience preferred. EOE.

Position Requirements:

Candidates must have:

Meaningful case management/case running experience

Strong writing skills

Deposition experience

Experience drafting and arguing multiple dispositive and non-dispositive motions

Trial experience a plus
