Insurance Fraud Paralegal (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a hard-working, experienced Litigation Paralegal candidate for a position in the Fraud Group team. The ideal candidate would be a fast-learning individual, who is organized and detailed oriented, and able to develop proficiency in the skills required to perform the job within a short amount of time. EOE.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting attorneys with case management;
Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses;
Electronic filing of Court documents;
Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, motion practice, and preparation of contentions;
Communicating with external parties (clients, court officials, opposing counsel, etc.);
Managing multiple on-going assignments; participating in office-wide projects as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of Litigation experience required;
Litigation Support experience/CEDS certification preferred;
Bachelors degree, and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program or comparable work experience;
Advanced computer skills using Excel, Word and Adobe, as well as case management software;
