Commercial Lending Associate (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a 2-5 year Commercial Lending Attorney. Experience should include the representation of banks and other institutional & non-institutional lenders, real estate developers and investors in commercial transactions involving asset-based lending, commercial real estate and other financing transactions. EOE.

Position Requirements:

Ability to draft and negotiate loan documents
Review and clear title exceptions
Clear understanding of corporate and LLC documents and structures
Excellent legal drafting skills
Strong relationship-building skills
Interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of business, ability to read financial statements and understand the numbers
