Commercial Litigation Associate (Full Time)
Location: Hackensack, NJ

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of litigation experience to join our Litigation Group in our Hackensack, New Jersey office. EOE

Position Requirements:

Federal court experience, and must be admitted to and have litigated in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Meaningful case management/case running experience.
Strong narrative writing skills.
Familiarity with Intellectual Property a plus
