Healthcare Attorney (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY
Rivkin Radler, LLP is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of healthcare experience to join our Health Services Practice Group. EOE
Position involves, but not limited to:
- Transactional: Due diligence, drafting governance agreements, including shareholders agreements, operating agreements, and bylaws; review of service agreements and vendor contracts; perform research and analysis.
- Compliance: Familiarity with compliance programs and training presentations; draft manuals, policies and procedures, codes of conduct; research and guidance in connection with internal audits and self-disclosures.
- Regulatory: Knowledge of NY Public Health, Education, Mental Hygiene and Social Services Laws, HIPAA, Stark Self-Referral Law & Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare & Medicaid
