Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a mid-level tax associate attorney to join our Uniondale office. EOE

Experience in some or all of the following areas are preferred:

Federal, state and local income tax matters;
Transactional tax structuring/planning (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings)
Federal and NYS tax audits and other tax controversy matters;
Non-income tax matters (e.g., sales tax, payroll tax, real property transfer tax);
Executive compensation/ERISA;
Estate and gift planning;
Tax-exempt entities;
Voluntary Disclosure programs
LLM a plus but not required
