Legal Nurse Consultant (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Legal Nurse Consultant for their Uniondale, Long Island office to provide litigation support to their General Liability, Automotive Liability, Medical Malpractice and No Fault Litigation practices.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Review medical records
Arrange and coordinate medical reviews by independent medical exams
Conduct research and analysis of medical literature
Prepare chronologies or timelines for medical records
Work with expert witnesses
Work with lawyers to develop defense strategies

Work with trial attorney, including attending trial, to provide support

Requirements:

Be able to critically review information, such as medical records
Pay close attention to detail
Possess significant medical knowledge
Read, research, and report relevant case information
Legal Nurse Consultant certification a plus
