Senior Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Senior Trusts & Estates Paralegal.The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys, other paralegals and firm members with all aspects of estate planning and trust administration work. Must have at least 5+ years of estate planning and case management experience in a law firm. Location of position is flexible (Uniondale, NYC, Albany or Poughkeepsie). Physical presense in an office may not be necessary. EOE

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Drafting estate planning documents and assist attorneys managing client document execution process
Drafting petitions and related documents for probate, administration and miscellaneous proceedings
Preparation of New York State and federal estate tax returns
Communicating and meet with clients and advisers
Drafting letters and other correspondence
Assisting clients with funding and administering trusts and estates
Assistingattorneys to prepare fiduciary accountings for trusts and estates
Preparing client files and documents for client meetings
Maintaining groups calendar
