DESCRIPTION: The San Antonio River Authority seeks to hire a Water Quality Scientist I with a passion for the health of the river, its tributaries, and the larger basin. Strong skills in instrument maintenance, standard interpretation, technical writing, and exceptional commitment to laboratory quality control procedures are musts. COMPENSATION: Salary range is $39,523.47 (DOE) plus outstanding fringe benefits which includes excellent health/vision/dental insurance packages, continuing education benefits, 401a/457b retirement program, 12 vacations days per year, 11 paid holidays per year, etc.
