DESCRIPTION: The San Antonio River Foundation seeks a new team member to help us coordinate and program Confluence Park. We are a 16 year-old local non-profit that has accomplished great things for our community and our beloved San Antonio River. We would love to find a collaborative partner with a servant-leader heart to help us expand our impactful offerings to our community. Could you be our match?

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A naturally curious person who gets along in team settings but isnt afraid to strike out into autonomy wilderness. A person who has had success in developing and delivering programs that feel special, focused, and memorable. Someone who understands that big ideas need big logistics and if the details arent right, the offering wont feel right. Someone capable, insightful, and deliverables oriented. A sense of humor and a willingness to laugh at ourselves and each other is a plus.
Our ideal candidate will coordinate Confluence Parks programming needs including working with our education partner the River Authority, academic institutions, our distinguished Board and committees, and partner with aligned nonprofits to continue to build our community awareness. You will have fun shepherding packs of roving volunteers, and you will look forward to converting random visitors to passionate new donor-members of the Foundation.
Bonus Round: You get to work at an award winning, life changing park along the banks of one of the largest urban ecological restoration zones in the U.S. of A.

COMPENSATION: Base salary ranges from $40,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience) including benefits such as a Simple IRA program (with 3% salary matching), a health insurance stipend of $300/month, Workers Compensation insurance, 40 hours of personal time off, and 8 paid holidays.
