About the Role

As the HR Manager, you are responsible for leading and maintaining all functions of the Human Resources department including hiring, interviewing, group benefits, state and federal compliance, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Skills we are looking for

Bachelors degree in human resources or related field
3+ years in human resources, recruitment or benefits administration
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a valid drivers license
