What´s the role?

The Salesforce / Vlocity Developer is part of the CRM development team, s/he will report to the CRM Manager in order to implement LLA strategy for CRM.

The role requires a strong Salesforce and Vlocity focus, with proven expertise in development on the force.com and Vlocity platform and a deep technical understanding of architecture. The role requires the ability to analyze and execute business requirements, while providing insight in terms of alignment with the global LLA’s CRM strategy, 3 years of SFDC/Vlocity implementation experience is a must. This role will be responsible for Salesforce/Vlocity configuration, testing, training, and post deployment support. As a Salesforce / Vlocity Developer, will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing the skill set.

What You´ll Do:

•LLA’s goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. Our SFDC/Vlocity Developers are key players in this objective, as they can leverage native SFDC/Vlocity functionality to deliver customer requirements quickly with minimal customization.

•responsible for turning the program design of our Solution Architects and Technical Architects into a configured solution that meets the customer’s needs.

•Working predominantly in Agile scrum teams, you’ll be building out complex business processes using native Vlocity technology and the toolkit of the Force.com platform.

•Involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development through to deployment and post-production support.

•Acquire a deep product knowledge of the Vlocity vertical applications, and will be able to mentor customer (and system integrator) resources and accelerate knowledge transfer to them. 

•Act as a champion in the wider SFDC/Vlocity partner ecosystem, sharing best practices, lessons learned and time-saving techniques.

Knowledge & Experience:

 Preferred education/ qualifications:

-5-7 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com and Vlocity Platform

-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field

-Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications  

-Vlocity certification is an added advantage.

Specific Knowledge & Experience:

•5-7 yrs Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience.

•Implementations with Vlocity Platform Development

•2+ yrs Experience in design , configuring and developing Salesforce / Vlocity 

•Experience with Salesforce Platform App Builder, Visual Force , Apex, LWC

•Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce.com web services (JSON, SOAP), as well as Vlocity Integration Procedure

•Hands on experience with Omni Script, Vlocity Card UI framework, Data raptor for building various advance layouts, user interface, portals and guided process.

•Conducted technical training sessions regarding CRM and Salesforce apps.

•Hands-on experience using DevOps continuous integration and good understanding of working in Scrum teams following Agile methodology 

•Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

•Experience in AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML, REST, SOAP Web Services 

•Bilingual (English/Spanish)

•Experience in BSS/OSS (especially CRM) implementations in the Telecommunications industry preferred (Seibel, Amdocs, Pega Systems, etc.)

•Follow best practices required to build, unit test, and configuration management 

•Well versed in following code quality and security standards while developing solutions 

•Ability to work with Global teams and deliver work effectively
