Whats the role?
Reporting to the CWC Digital Transformation Lead, Bruno Marsili and overseeing 1-2 resources that are focused on driving digital transformation and deployment in the Caribbean operations
Role will act as the implementation and adoption leader for Caribbean operations partnering with the central team members and local market sales and marketing teams to deliver Digital related KPIs..
The responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Digital capabilities and enablers in the local markets,
- Coordinating Digital Marketing and other adoption initiative
- Create ad hoc analysis and communicate Digital performance to local markets.
What Youll Do:
- Be the digital evangelist in the local market to socialize and promote the digital capabilities in the opco, driving implementation of reimagined customer journeys implementation include project management, executive alignment and communication and mobilizing local market areas
- Track and revise local markets OKRs and progress toward targets for Digital First Transformation
- Assess the digital capabilities in the Caribbean markets and drive development of digital capabilities and ops enablers (e.g. logistics, payment wallets) in the local market, working with the local markets ET and CWC SLT
- Manage ecommerce funnel KPIs on local markets, mapping gaps and improvement hypothesis leveraging external and other markets success stories
- Manage Digital marketing campaigns, including local affiliates and partnerships, jointly with local marketing and Digital Marketing central CoE
- Execute ad hoc analysis and business cases related to Digital in local markets
- Conduct local market research including managing the customer panels, ethnographic studies, UX research etc.
- Knowledge & Experience:
Preferred education/ qualifications:
- Graduate level (Bachelors or higher) degree in Business or marketing or related field, with significant experience in leading complex analysis and project implementation.
- MBA Preferred
Specific Knowledge & Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years previous relevant Digital and/or Telco experience - team management expertise desirable
- Content - General knowledge of digital capabilities and approaches to drive Digital transformation:
- SEO, SEM, campaign management, targeting and re-targeting, social marketing
- Journey design and analytics
- e-care, analytics driven operations optimization

- Analytics and planning skills:
- Solid grasp of business financials, with the ability to create ad hoc analysis with limited data
- Effectively gathers information, structures clear reasons for decisions and leads debate where required
- Deep understanding of KPIs across the business and the ability to assess metrics and devise plans to optimize the metrics using digital capabilities and analytics
