Whats the role?

Reporting to VP People for Technology & Innovation the Project Manager will be responsible for driving key workforce initiatives and managing multiple projects across the OpCo People Teams for implementation and maintenance. The Project Manager will work closely with the VP-People on driving transformation initiatives and ensuring the work of the people team is well planned and coordinated.

What Youll Do:

Organization change

1. Implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to new initiatives

2. Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the initiative

3. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications and project tracking

4. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

Project and Program Management

1. Create, adapt and deploy tools, templates and techniques for the governance, control and reporting of the project delivery. Plans to be defined and measurable with explicit Key Performance Indicators.

2. Proactive anticipation of, detection of and mitigation of threats to delivery

3. Provide support to developing business cases for submission to the executive leadership for approval, including investment approval

This position has no direct reports but has indirect leadership of resources locally and in each business unit.

Knowledge & Experience:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field

Project Management certification preferred

3-5 years consulting experience preferred

English Language required, Spanish preferred
