Duties:
o Oversee the program or project as the Owners representative and monitor all aspects of the project delivery in order to achieve the Owners goals in regards to cost, schedule, quality, safety and risk.
o Preconstruction Perform plan and specification reviews for constructability, prepare cost estimates, develop preliminary CPM schedule that encompasses the project plus all activities that impact the project schedule to include utilities, ROW, and permitting. Advise Owner as to the delivery method that best suits the project.
o Construction Manage the construction project to include CM/CI staff, safety, environmental controls, QA/QC, documentation, issue resolution, schedule/change order/claims analysis, partnering and other aspects of the collaborative relationship with the contractor and other stakeholders.
o Post-Construction Complete all final estimate and CM documentation and oversee development of start-up and testing, safety certification, O&M manuals, training, and other duties to properly deliver the facility to the Owners operations and maintenance divisions.
Requirements:
o Minimum 15 years experience managing Water/Wastewater/Utility related projects/programs, including substantial hands-on experience in the field on large construction projects.
o Prefer experience with the entirety of our business to include strategizing to win environmental related contracts, integral involvement in the contract pursuit to include proposal and presentation development, managing the contract in regard to contract administration (task orders, invoicing, etc.), client contact and relationship building, and then performing the work as described in Duties above.
o Proficiency in MS Office software, P6 or other CPM scheduling software
o CCM preferred
o PE preferred
