Program Data Entry Specialist (NFJP)
Position Overview
Provide support and overseeing the activities of the NFJP Regional offices to ensure services are provided to eligible participants and all requirements of the program are met. The Program Data Entry Specialist analyzes employment and training data submitted by regional offices. Program Data Entry Specialist also enters information into the Agency database. This position will assist the Lead Program Data Entry Specialist in provide training and technical support to NFJP staff.

Essential Duties
1.Processes information submitted by regional offices.
2.Analyzes employment and training data.
3.Serves as the secondary source of information relating to applicant eligibility criteria, enrollment and documentation procedures.
4.Assists in identifying and implementing necessary edit checks and data integrity processes.
5.Enters required applicant and participant data in an expeditious manner.
6.Assists with data relationships on records database.
7.Verifies program information on forms received and takes steps necessary for corrections as required.
8.Maintains file integrity and provides each income eligible file Associate Director for review.
9.Provides training and technical support to NFJP staff, oversees their work in ensure accuracy and compliance with Federal guidelines and set timelines, and acts as the contact person for Program Managers when dealing with policy issues.
10.Assists in the processing of paperwork, such as invoices, status reports, program participant timesheets and attendance records, purchase authorization forms and staff reports.
11.Enter information into the Client Management System (CMS).
12.Verifies accuracy of the information.
13.Work with accounting department when additional information is needed to process participant support service paperwork.
14.Communicate problems to the Lead Program Specialist immediately.
15.Other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications:AA degree in Social Services or related field
One to Two (1-2) years of experience in case management
OR Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of education
