SUMMARY:

The Project Manager will plan, organize and manage projects for the Foundation's development, research and implementation efforts, ensuring successful outcome.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
  • Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly
  • Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)
  • Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project
  • Act as a liaison between Foundation and other stakeholders
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to provide training and information required to promote and engage others with new projects, programs, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and Foundation regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present written and oral project concepts
  • Present findings to stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • At least three years of related experience
  • Project management certifications highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Maintain confidentiality as required and appropriate

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This job is conducted in an office workenvironment, sitting most of the time
  • Approximately 90% of this position's duties require use of a computer
  • Must be able to exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally
  • Some travel may be required

Compensation: $75,000 Annual Salary
