SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will plan, organize and manage projects for the Foundation's development, research and implementation efforts, ensuring successful outcome.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
- Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly
- Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)
- Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project
- Act as a liaison between Foundation and other stakeholders
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to provide training and information required to promote and engage others with new projects, programs, and systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and Foundation regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present written and oral project concepts
- Present findings to stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least three years of related experience
- Project management certifications highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Maintain confidentiality as required and appropriate
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job is conducted in an office workenvironment, sitting most of the time
- Approximately 90% of this position's duties require use of a computer
- Must be able to exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally
- Some travel may be required
Compensation: $75,000 Annual Salary
