The Paving Foreman directs, coordinates and completes all aspects of production for paving and asphalt projects for the Division and is a key participant in the relationship with customers, contractors and the public. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Directly supervise field personnel and direct them in all aspects of production.

Regularly conduct safety and job site meetings with field personnel and sub contractors.

Work with the superintendent, sales person and other members of the team to coordinate production activities and production schedule.

Ensure that all jobs are reviewed and correctly laid out prior to field personnel arriving on site.

Review and inspect completed job and meet with Superintendent, Production Manager, and/or Project Consultant to rectify any concerns.

Responsible for inputting job costs, material costs and labor into Company systems daily.

Maintain daily logs as required by Company or Contractor requirements.

Train field personnel.

Communicate performance expectations and provide performance feedback.
