HR Generalist  (Full Time)
Location: Warwick, RI

The HR Generalist is a vital part of Beacons HR teams ongoing efforts to support the employees of Beacon by providing accurate and confidential HR services.

Position Responsibilities

As part of our professional valued HR team you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of responsibilities related to the day to day administration of employee health and welfare programs; employee training systems, employment, and onboarding as well as provide administrative assistant support to the HR department

Department Support Responsibilities

This is a highly collaborative position with HR team members and requires considerable interaction with all Beacon employees, including the Senior Leadership Team. As such, you will provide information updates to team members or employees on areas related to employment, health and welfare programs, onboarding, training and development, and other administrative/project support as required.

As the HR department Learning Management System Coordinator you will assist in the identification of opportunities for implementation of new features, make recommendations for training and work closely with end users to support learning and development.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of skills and previous related experience in an HR department. Must have at least two years of administrative experience. Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively. Exceptional organizational skills are a must for this position due to the varied and detailed responsibilities assigned to this position. PHR designation preferred.
