Senior Business Solution Analyst
This newly created position will report directly to the Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer. The Senior Business Solution Analyst position is a highly visible, collaborative role between the business, the systems department and/or third party vendors. Responsible for reviewing and enhancing business functions and process and providing the administrative and analytical oversight necessary in order to implement new programs and projects.
The Successful Candidate will be able to:
Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders; provide administrative oversight; and analytical perspective on business projects, programs and new initiatives.
Develop a deep awareness of enterprise operations and process in order to add value, diagnose problems, research solutions and provide perspective that lead to process improvement activities and initiatives.
Ensure system optimization of current and new technologies and deliver large projects in incremental and reliable phases
Communicate effectively, negotiate, and navigate with diverse audiences, personalities, and stakeholders and quickly learn and understand complex concepts and work projects.
Operate with agility, sense of urgency, and drive to successful outcomes
Requirements
Requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and skills and a minimum of seven years related experience. Must have demonstrated project management experience, working on requirements gathering and business analysis. Demonstrated ability and technical savvy to work and report on numerous business system platforms, architectures and business unit workflows. Must have experience with business analysis core techniques, modeling, user stories, and facilitation.
