Accountant/Finance Specialist II  (Full Time)
Location: Warwick, RI

This position will work with a broad range of financial information and provide accounting services within the finance department. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing accounting data; coordinating accounts receivable, conducting general ledger analysis, assisting with the annual budget, reconciling accounts, as well as preparing journal entries, financial statements, and special financial reports.

Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting and two years of accounting experience. Must possess strong analytical skills and be proficient with spreadsheet software (Excel preferred) and word processing software (MS Word preferred). Ability to work with accounting/budget business applications software. Strong interpersonal skills necessary in order to work with departments and management on areas and projects related to finance. Insurance experience preferred.
