Position Title: Residential Officer - 40 hours per week FEMALE ONLY (see below)

Shift:8am - 4pm Thursday & Friday, 7am - 3pm Saturday & Sunday and One (1) Flex Shift

Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.81 per hour

Position Closes:Wednesday, February 25, 2023 @ 4 pm

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: A direct service provider in a 24 hour community based corrections facility. As a Residential Officer you will model and support pro-social behaviors, while utilizing evidence based practices and services in the community with the goal to reduce recidivism. with the focus on programming to reduce recidivism The work requires the use of critical thinking skills, teamwork, communication , a balanced approach of treatment and supervision, developing quality relationships with clients and a passion to assist clients in making life long changes.

EDUCATION: Minimum qualifications will require a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of human services or criminal justice experience OR two years of college OR any equivalent combination of college and human services or criminal justice experience to equal two years. Valid driver's license and insurable under the district's automobile insurance policy.
