Residential Manager  (Full Time)

JOB TITLE: Residential Manager

SALARY GRADE: 33 SALARY RANGE: $66,768.00 - $102,793.60 annually

SUPERVISOR: Rob Metzger, Division Manager

HOURS: As required.

STATEMENT OFDUTIES:

This position provides high level management of residential facilities, reporting to the Division Manager. Provides direct supervision of all Residential Supervisors at our four residential facilities: Lary A. Nelson Center, Gerald R. Hinzman Center, ANCHOR Center for Women, and Hope House. Contributes to the district's continuous quality improvement efforts; provides oversight and direction in regards tot he Federal Bureau of Prisons contract; provides leadership and support for District and statewide initiatives. Co-creates and executes vision for Residential Division and supports development of direct reports through flexible application of leadership principles. Ensures efficient operation of all facilities in accordance with applicable, laws, policies, and contractual requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CONSIDERATIONS:

Bachelor's Degreeand two years of human services experience; OR two years of college and four years human services experience; OR one year satisfactory performance as a Residential Supervisor or aProbation Parole Supervisor.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Drivers License

Ability to insured with the District auto insurance

Due to the Federal Bureau of Prisons contract, the Bureau of Prisons must complete a criminal background check and approve hire.
