RN POST-ACUTE UNIT MANAGER,Full time Monday-Friday Position

Elim Park in Cheshire, CT is an amazing community offering a 90-bed skilled facility, including Assisted & Independent Living Services, currently has an outstanding full time position available. Qualified RN Post-Acute Unit Manager candidate must have working knowledge of CT State & Federal regulations with skilled nursing & acute care management experience. Manager will possess a sense of urgency, timely follow-through with direction & expectations for the overall quality of care.

The following skill set is required:

• 3+ years of nursing management experience
• Ability to facilitate, drive & direct in a consistent manner
• Have demonstrated success in leadership, management & positive outcomes
• Exceptional communicator with clinical team & families
• Effectively determines staffing levels & monitors for adequacy of care
• Confident & creative in providing continuity of care & maintain employee moral & motivation
• Have a high level of pro-activeness for nursing objectives for quality of care
