Fitness Class Instructor (Land and Aquatic)
Location: Cheshire

Hours:15 - 20 hours per week

Shift: Flexible

Responsibilities

Role includes teaching a variety of exercise classes to residents both in our aerobics room and also in our pool.Come join our mission of service to the elderly!

Education and/or Experience

• Required :Experience working with the senior population with a variety of abilities and limitations in an exercise group class setting.Fundamental knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics. CPR certified.
• Preferred:personal training and/or group exercise class teaching certification (RTS, NASM, ACSM, ACE, AFAA).
