QualifiedRN Post-Acute Unit Managercandidate must have working knowledge of CT State & Federal regulations with skilled nursing & acute care management experience. Manager will possess a sense of urgency, timely follow-through with direction & expectations for the overall quality of care.

The following skill set is required:

• 5+ years of nursing management experience required
• BSN required
• Ability to facilitate, drive & direct in a consistent manner
• Have demonstrated success in leadership, management & positive outcomes
• Exceptional communicator with clinical team & families
• Effectively determines staffing levels & monitors for adequacy of care
• Confident & creative in providing continuity of care & maintain employee moral & motivation
• Have a high level of pro-activeness for nursing objectives for quality of care
