Goodwill Industries is currently seekingRehabilitation Technicians to join the team. In this role the successful candidate will assist professional staff in meeting program goals. He/she will also monitor clients behaviors, intervene as appropriate to manage outcomes and assist counseling staff in the implementation of vocational goals

Essential Functions:

Work center assignment, job coaching and overall monitoring of all clients behavior in their assigned job sites
Lead daily community integration activities
Responsible for delivering and documenting services
Support vocational case managers, job coaches, evaluators and other professional staff in providing rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities
Assist in delivering services such as: Vocational Evaluations by administering and scoring tests, finding appropriate situational assessment sites for consumers.
Collecting and recording performance data from situational assessment and evaluation sites.
Help in the smooth operation of the contract shop by: distributing work to consumers, collecting finished work and crediting clients for work completed, recording down time, etc.
Deliver, record and conform the implementation of service plan goals such asValued Outcomes in Waiver Services (Pre-voc/Day Hab)
Monitor consumer sign in and out of program
Ensure compliance with DOL regulations

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements.

HS Diploma/GED
Must have valid driver license
