Our inter-disciplinary Hospice team provides the full spectrum of care for our Hospice patients and offers multiple levels of support for their loved ones. From our free Grief Resource Center to our award-winning Virtual Hospice at Froedtert, to our many hospice enhancement (massage therapy, pet therapy, music therapy, spiritual guidance, etc.), we tirelessly strive to create the most positive hospice experience possible.
The Hospice AdmissionsRN visits patients in their privateresidence, assisted living facility, or wherever their home may be to assess and document the patients' needs and educate the patients and families on the transition into hospice.
Looking for life/work balance and a schedule that fits your needs? This full-time position works a desirable 4 days/wk, 10 hrs/day schedule. (Tuesday - Friday / 9:00 am - 7:00 pm) and iseligible for a full salary and benefits package.
If you are a meticulously organized nurse who likes to work independently and has good critical thinking skills (and sense of direction!) this is the perfect fit for you. Must be adaptable, personable, and dependable.

Requires a degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN strongly preferred), a valid WI RN license and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must have a valid WI drivers license and auto insurance.
